Breathwork is a powerful practice that uses the breath as a tool to regulate the nervous system, support emotional release and reconnect with yourself. Through conscious breathing, we can access deeper layers of awareness and clarity. We will work with conscious connected breathing, a technique that can activate both physical and emotional responses. We close each session with a grounded integration, allowing your body and mind to fully absorb the experience.

This class is taught in English with the possibility of Portuguese translations if needed.
