Terms & Conditions

Retreat Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Payment

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place. Your booking is only confirmed once this deposit has been received.

By completing your booking, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

The remaining balance must be paid according to the agreed payment schedule. If full payment is not received by the due date, your spot may be released and all payments made will be forfeited.

2. Cancellation by Participant

All payments made, including the deposit, are non-refundable.

This policy applies to all personal circumstances, including but not limited to illness, emergencies, travel disruptions, or visa issues.

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your spot to another participant (subject to approval).

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect your investment.

3. Transfers

If you are unable to attend, you may request to:

  • Transfer your booking to another participant (subject to approval), or

  • Transfer to a future retreat (subject to approval)

Transfers are not guaranteed and are granted at the sole discretion of the organizer.

Any approved transfer to a future retreat is considered a continuation of the original booking and not a new purchase or contract. The original terms and conditions, including the non-refundable policy, remain fully applicable.

A transfer does not create any new entitlement to refunds, including in the event that the future retreat is cancelled.

An additional transfer fee may apply, particularly when transferring to a future retreat, to cover price differences or operational costs such as accommodation, meals, or logistics.

4. Cancellation by Organizer

In the unlikely event that the retreat must be cancelled by the organizer, participants will receive a full refund of payments made.

The organizer is not responsible for any additional expenses incurred by participants (such as flights, accommodation outside the retreat, or other travel-related costs). Travel insurance is therefore strongly advised.

5. Travel & Insurance

Participants are responsible for arranging their own travel, including flights and transportation to and from the retreat location.

Participants are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance, including coverage for cancellations, medical expenses, and personal belongings.

6. Liability

By participating in the retreat, you acknowledge that you do so voluntarily and at your own risk.

The organizer is not liable for:

  • injuries or illness

  • loss or damage to personal belongings

  • travel disruptions or delays

Participants are responsible for ensuring they are physically and mentally fit to take part in retreat activities.

7. Right of Withdrawal

This booking relates to a leisure service provided on a specific date or period. In accordance with EU consumer law, the 14-day withdrawal right does not apply.

Events & Workshops Terms & Conditions

All payments are non-refundable, except where required under applicable law.

If you are unable to attend, you may request to transfer your spot to another participant or a future event (subject to approval and sufficient notice).

The organizer reserves the right to reschedule the event. In such cases, you will be offered a transfer or credit.

Failure to attend (no-show) does not entitle you to a refund or credit.

By participating, you acknowledge that workshops may include physical, emotional, or breathwork-based practices. You confirm that you are responsible for your own health and wellbeing and that you participate voluntarily.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the organizer is not liable for any injuries, emotional distress, or loss arising during or after participation. If you have any medical or psychological conditions, you are advised to consult a qualified professional before attending.

Online Programs & 1:1 Sessions Terms & Conditions

By participating in online sessions or programs, you acknowledge that the services provided are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or psychiatric care.

You agree that you are responsible for your own physical and mental health, and that you participate voluntarily. If you have any medical or mental health conditions, you are advised to seek guidance from a qualified professional before participating.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the organizer is not liable for any injuries, emotional distress, or adverse effects that may occur during or after participation.
